Size: 12-acre redevelopment / new construction, consisting of 3 class A office / life science buildings (1.4 million sf) and 2 above-ground parking structures. The waterfront project is situated on the San Francisco Bay, and therefore required sensitivity to animal habitat and accommodation to potential sea level rise.
Status: Under permit review. Design work completed 2024.
WATT scope includes all exterior site and roadway lighting, exterior facade & terrace lighting, all parking garages, and interior public space lighting for all campus buildings (lobbies, restrooms, amenities, circulation, building support spaces).
