Scope: This project involves partial redevelopment of an approximately 16-acre suburban office campus, replacing an existing surface parking lot with a newly constructed office building (130,000sf) and newly constructed 5-story, above-ground parking garage.
The new site areas are knitted into the overall campus with new landscaping, pedestrian plazas and circulation, and vehicular driveways.
