Scope: The project is a redevelopment of ~ 3.6-acre site for 3 newly constructed buildings of student housing and associated amenities, with ~ 257,000sf with ~ 270 residential units of multiple sizes / configurations.
WATT scope includes all interior lighting (residential units, public spaces and amenities, building support spaces) and exterior site lighting for the student housing village.
Status: Under construction, target 2027 completion
